\nThe company Biocare International s.a.s, hereinafter referred to as the ‘Company’.
\nTo better meet consumer expectations, the Company has established a remote sales system via the Internet for a selection of the above-mentioned items. This system is governed by the terms and conditions indicated below as well as by the provisions on distance contracts pursuant to Legislative Decree 206\/2005 (Consumer Code) pursuant to which:
\nI) “online sales contract” means the distance contract, i.e. the legal transaction having as its object movable goods and\/or services stipulated between a professional, in this case Biocare International s.a.s, through the online service WEBSITE ADDRESS and a consumer, as part of a distance selling system organized by the professional who, for this contract, uses exclusively the distance communication technology called Internet;
\nII) “professional” means the natural or legal person who acts in the exercise of his entrepreneurial, commercial, artisanal or professional activity, or his intermediary;
